Sherri Thomas Steinsholt
Sherri Thomas Steinsholt has extensive knowledge and proven development experience working globally with top leaders and their teams. Her years working in the Human Resource field as Chief HR and Development Officer have provided insights into people, leadership, and transitions large and small. Sherri is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Founder of VividLeaders, LLC. She is also a certified Human Behavioral Consultant (utilizing DISC and Enneagram) and is a Master Practitioner in the use of the Energy Leadership Index. Mentored on leadership by John C. Maxwell, she is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Sherri also maintains memberships with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Christian Coaching Institute.
Sherri delights in empowering individuals, teams, and organizations by identifying obstacles and finding solutions to barriers that keep them from maximizing their full potential. Her unique ability to clarify complex issues equips her to assist clients with strategies and steps to meet long-range goals. Sherri’s passion and training have been directed toward helping individuals and teams understand why they do what they do and how they can use this awareness to improve their personal and professional lives.
When Sherri is not coaching or consulting, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys time in the great outdoors. Fall will always find her in the mountains gazing at autumn leaves, photographing wildlife, and sipping hot apple cider. In the Spring you will find her hiking along (and through) creeks.
